Paystack charges its own processing fee on each payment, separate from Supashop's commission. Orders paid outside Supashop (cash, manual MoMo transfer) carry no commission. Plans and prices may change before launch; any change is announced in advance and shown before you pay.

Do I need a website, hosting or a developer?
No. Supashop creates your shop from the details you enter, hosts it, and keeps it running. You manage everything from your phone.
Who receives the money when a customer pays?
Payments go through Paystack, a licensed payment provider. Your share is settled to the account you register with Paystack; Supashop's commission is deducted at the time of payment, and it is always shown before you sign up for a plan.
Will my shop show other sellers' products?
Never. Your link shows only your business, your products and your services. There are no competitor listings or ads inside your shop.
I offer a service, not products. Is this for me?
Yes. Barbers, photographers, tutors, cleaners and other service businesses get a service menu, booking times and quote requests instead of a product grid.
Can customers order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. You choose whether customers check out on your shop, send you an order on WhatsApp with the details filled in, or either.
Can I use my own domain, like mybusiness.com?
Custom domains are planned for the Pro plan. Every shop starts with its own supashopgh.com link.
Who can see my customers and sales?
Only you and the staff you invite. Each shop's data is separated at the database level, so other sellers can never see it.
