Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Supashop when you use supashopgh.com, whether you open a shop or buy from one. Please read them; by creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
1. About Supashop
Supashop (“Supashop Ghana”, “we”) is a new business based in Accra, Ghana, run by Cherubim Darko. Business registration is in progress. Contact: supashopghana@gmail.com, 020 424 7378.
Supashop provides the tools for businesses to run their own online shops. We are not the seller. When you buy from a shop on Supashop, your purchase is with that shop.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to open a shop.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date, including your business and payout details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what staff you invite do.
- Tell us straight away at supashopghana@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Running a shop
As a shop owner you are responsible for:
- what you sell or offer, and describing it honestly, with correct prices and photos you have the right to use;
- delivering what customers ordered or booked, on the terms you show them;
- handling questions, returns, refunds and complaints from your customers;
- following the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, tax, licences and permits;
- using your customers' information only to serve them, and keeping it private.
You keep ownership of your content. You let Supashop display and process it to run your shop and to show it to customers.
4. What you can't sell or do
Shops may not offer or do any of the following:
- anything illegal in Ghana, including drugs, weapons, ammunition and explosives;
- counterfeit or stolen goods, or items that infringe someone else's rights;
- prescription medicines, or regulated products without the required licence;
- adult sexual content or services, gambling, or protected wildlife;
- scams, fake listings, pyramid schemes, or collecting payments for things you don't intend to deliver;
- attempts to break, overload or misuse Supashop, or to access other shops' data.
We may remove content, hold back a shop from public view, or close an account that breaks these rules, usually after telling you why.
5. Orders and payments
- Online payments (Mobile Money and card) are processed by Paystack and sent to the shop's payout account under Paystack's own terms.
- Supashop charges shops a small commission on each online payment (currently 3% of the goods or deposit amount, after any discount), taken automatically at payment. Paystack's own fee also applies. Pay-on-delivery orders carry no Supashop commission.
- Customers pay the total shown at checkout. A shop can cancel an unpaid order; paid orders are refunded through Paystack.
- An order is only treated as paid once Paystack confirms it to us.
6. Loyalty points, codes and referrals
- Each shop runs its own points, discount codes and referrals. They work only at that shop and have no cash value.
- Points are added when the shop completes an order or appointment, and removed if it is refunded.
- Shops may change or end their programme; points already earned stay in the customer's history.
- Codes can't be used where they've expired, run out, or don't meet their conditions, and may not be sold or misused.
7. Plans and fees
Opening a shop is free today. If we introduce paid plans or change the commission, we will tell shop owners at least 30 days before it applies, and you can close your shop before then.
8. Our service
We work to keep Supashop available and secure, but it is provided “as is”. There may be interruptions, maintenance or errors, and features may change.
To the extent Ghanaian law allows, Supashop is not responsible for losses caused by shops or customers, by payment providers, or by events outside our reasonable control. Where we are responsible, our total liability to a shop owner is limited to the commission we received from that shop in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Closing your shop
You can stop using Supashop at any time; contact us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts customers at risk. Orders already paid must still be fulfilled or refunded.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If there is a disagreement, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it fairly. If we can't, the courts of Ghana in Accra will decide.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Supashop grows. We will change the date above, and tell shop owners about important changes in advance. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
